As you may have spotted, we’ve turned the SoGlos logo pink this week to support Cobalt’s Gloucestershire breast cancer equipment appeal.

Organisations from across the county have been lighting up pink to help raise £123,000 for new state-of-the-art breast screening equipment.

Consultant radiologist and Cobalt medical director, Professor Lyburn, explains why this appeal is so vitally important: ‘This equipment will make a significant difference to the care of thousands of local women every year during their assessment and investigation of potential breast cancer.’

Keep your eye out for the Neptune Fountain on Cheltenham Promenade and Gustav Holst Statue in Imperial Gardens, Hotel Du Vin, Stagecoach West, Queens Hotel, Stuart Holmes Hairdressers, and The Battledown Bed & Breakfast all turning pink for Cobalt. Even Cheltenham Town Football Club players will be training in pink.
