More than 1,000 SoGlos readers took part in a Twitter competition to promote the launch of new food event, Cheltenham Feast – making this SoGlos’s most popular Twitter competition yet.
A grand total of 1,006 readers re-tweeted and followed Cheltenham Feast on Twitter to be in with a chance of winning a hamper of delicious goodies.
The month-long social media competition was a key element of Cheltenham Feast’s advertising campaign with SoGlos, devised to raise local awareness and excitement about the new two-day event, as well as boost Twitter followers and social media engagement.
The advertising campaign also included an enhanced event listing to promote the two-day event taking place at St George’s Place in the heart of Cheltenham on Friday 16 and Saturday 17 December 2016.
SoGlos is proud to be an official media partner of Cheltenham Feast which is raising money for local charity The Butterfly Garden, so look out for some of the team over the weekend.
