SoPublishing’s group publisher, James Fyrne, was lucky enough to be invited to The Cider Tree Cidery’s 2016/17 production this month, and even had the chance to try his hand at making ‘cheeses’ to be fed into the vintage Austrian fruit press. ‘I have to confess to being a real ale fan, but if the juice is anything to go by, the new batch of ciders will be amazing when they’re ready for tasting next spring.
