We’re delighted for Yvette Willet – a Forest of Dean artist whose work will be included in a forthcoming ITV programme, following SoGlos.com article about her recent Silent Echoes exhibition.
Yvette contacted SoGlos.com to say ‘Just to let you know that the information you put on the online magazine about my exhibition turned up trumps. I am thrilled, as you can imagine.’
The mixed media artist’s recent exhibition was based around a mining theme – tapping into a subject which is at the very heart of the Forest of Dean’s rich history.
ITV’s programme, Heart of the Country, will be focusing on Freeminers, incorporating Yvette Willet’s work – as part of the new series which is expected to start in January 2008.
